2. Ordering & Fulfillment

When you place an order with us, we promptly submit it to Osmosis Beauty Pro for processing.
Because Osmosis handles all fulfillment:

• Tracking information is typically provided within 1–2 weeks of your order.
• Delivery times may vary based on Osmosis’ current volume and carrier schedules.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in USD and subject to change without notice.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns must follow Osmosis Beauty Pro’s return guidelines.

• Only unopened, unused products are eligible for return unless defective.
